The Scientific development ever witnessed since the beginning of this age brought about numerous changes in the different patterns of life. Learning is one the most significant fields which has enjoyed the attention of different sciences, particularly the computer science which is still working for scientific progress.

Using pedagogical methods in learning is considered extremely important for the individual in the community. Moreover, the learning process is the basis of progress for all societies as it produces great advantage in rendering services for the society. Hence, the wide spread of computer has aided in learning advancement generally and motor learning particularly. This is due to the fact that the presentation ways and techniques have been developed and so they participated in the scientific progress of today. This makes the necessary use of computers quite clear in that they help work speedily and reduce the cost of learning and make the learner work better.

Therefore, we may imagine the advantage of the modern technicalities that boost learning sport skills. We, on the other hand, make use of such development to learn such skills. Hence, the researcher found it pertinent to apply a suggested learning programme by means of knowledge base use as it is a computer programme that depends on knowledge. This knowledge comprises scientific and technological elements in addition to other teaching methods given as symbolic samples which help to develop the learner and the teacher as well.

The acute lack in using modern learning methods and ways of learning skills and sport movements encourages the researcher to use computer in learning motor skills of fencing as the computer is considered a new and developed learning method.

The researcher also hints at the fact that the teacher or coach but as an auxiliary method which adds to learning, documents expertise, maintains and develops it, transfers it in a way that makes learners easily acquainted with it or dealing with it.

The researcher applied his experiment on the third-year students of the College of Physical Education – University of Baghdad from 7/11/1998 – 14/1/1999 in the Fencing Hall of the college.

The researcher tackled various topics, which participate in clarifying the pertinent theoretical information. He also referred to a number of studies related to the procedures and results of the study.

He used the computers commonly available in the colleges of Physical Education, which help carrying out the learning programme and give chance to a greaten number of learners. He also chose the motor offensive skills to be the axis of his study. He identified two groups, the experimental and control. Then he applied the suggested programme on the experimental group whereas the control group continued with the traditional programme applied in the in the College of Physical Education in Iraq. After the experiment (application of the learning programme) the two groups were skill-wise and theoretically tested. The researcher then concluded the results of the two groups and treated them statistically. These results were presented and discussed.

The researcher had various conclusions in the light of which he gave certain recommendations that help carrying out the entire advantage. The recommendations were to develop the learning programmes of motor skills in fencing and other sports.
