THE EFFECT OF A METHODOLOGY USING THE INTERNET IN LEARNING THE BASIC SKILLS OF TENNIS

THE STUDY AIMS AT LAYING OUT A METHODOLOGY TO USE THE INTERNET IN ORDER TO ACQUIRE THE BASIC SKILLS OF TENNIS. HENCE COMPARING BETWEEN THE TRADITIONAL LEARNING METHOD AND THE NEWLY PROPOSED ONE.
THE CANDIDATE ASSUMES THAT THE USE OF THE INTERNET IMPLIES A STATISTICAL FACTOR IN LEARNING THE FUNDAMENTAL SKILLS OF TENNIS.
THERE ARE DIFFERENCES OF STATISTICAL INDICATORS IN LEARNING THE BASIC SKILLS OF TENNIS VIA THE INTERNET AND THAT OF THE CONVENTIONAL LEARNING SYSTEM AND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PROPOSED METHODOLOGY.
THE STUDY WAS CARRIED OUT IN THE LECTURE HALLS OF THE COLLEGE OF SPORTS IN THE THIRD STAGE , WITH FORTY MALE STUDENTS WHO WERE DIVIDED INTO TWO GROUPS, DISCIPLINARY AND THE SECOND GROUP EXPERIMENTAL , THE FIRST GROUP APPLIED THE CONVENTIONAL METHOD OF TENNIS, THE SECOND GROUP WAS SUBJECTED TO A METHODOLOGY THAT USES MODERN LEARNING TECHNIQUES OF THE INTERNET.
THE CANDIDATE HERE OPENED A WEBSITE WHICH CONTAINED UP TO DATE DATA AND INFORMATION ON TENNIS , HE ALSO INCLUDED A SCHEDULE COMPRISED OF (8 LEARNING UNITS) AND USED MANY TESTS FOR THE BASIC SKILLS OF TENNIS ESPECIALLY THE FOREHAND AND BACKHAND STROKES AND THE SERVE STROKE.
THE CANDIDATE ARRIVED AT CERTAIN CONCLUSIONS WHICH WOULD ASSIST IN ACHIEVING A CONSIDERABLE PROGRESS IN LEARNING BOTH SKILLS THE FOREHAND AND THE BACKHAND STROKES IN BOTH DISCIPLINARY AND EXPERIMENTAL GROUPS WHEN APPLYING THE CONVENTIONAL AND THE PROPOSED TECHNIQUES.
NOTING THE HIGH LEVEL OF ACCURACY MARGIN WITH THE EXPERIMENTAL GROUP RATHER THAN THE ACCURACY ONE SHOWN WITH THE DISCIPLINARY GROUP.
THE USE OF THE INTERNET IN LEARNING THE PERFORMANCE, AND STUDYING TECHNIQUES POSITIVELY AFFECTS THE LEARNING PROCESS OF THE BASIC SKILLS OF TENNIS THROUGH THE CONSIDERABLE PROGRESS ACHIEVED BY THE EXPERIMENTAL GROUP IN THE FIELD OF THE POST TESTS.
