Middle and Long Distance in Track and Field in Sweden

From my continuation and observation to Swedish athletes in continental and international competitions, I have to precede all track and field games and training sessions in many stadiums specially in Hisslby club and I watched many local track and field Champions for all levels, something draw my attention, which is numerous annual competitions and participants for all levels and ages, men and women, and also attention to how managed these competitions, at that time poor Swedish athletes performance draw my attention specially in middle and long distance at international level in last two decade with exception the athlete Mustafa Mohamed who came fourth place in last world competition in Osaka and he is foreign birth place.
The reasons behind this according to my opinion are unserious care from athletes and coaches in these two events and this will be changed through recruit high capacities which Sweden has as advance country in sport, and this will not need evidence because it had many world champions in many events, and we can called them the specialists in technical events like triple jump, long jump and decathlon and also some throwing events, 100m obstacle, and running 400m, and from close look we observed that all these events have limited space which needs high level of technique and this can be seen in competitions what yearly held in Sweden for all levels and ages, men and women, and same time we can notice poor performance in middle and long distance events for all ages and levels men and women which was evidence that training carried out without using high loads specially Swedish athletes who are foreigners, knowing that Sweden had past two decade champion athletes at world level in 3000m obstacle event.
The matter is why Sweden does not have like those athletes now? The answer is that high level of performance needs training with high loads which mean very high in size and intensity that man needs with high ability in body function, namely high develop heart and blood volume which has red cells rate more than normal person and this is an indicator of hemoglobin level which is carrying oxygen and therefore increase ability to consume oxygen (oxygen litters), which mean that have extended study state during performance because he/she is able to consume high litters of oxygen due to heart volume develop, increase blood volume and extended vessel web in all body parts which help to decrease blood movement during performance and during gas exchange between blood and body tissue and this would result of high oxygen and carbon dioxide diffusion and also transfer waste products from energy produced and get rid of it and this will help to not accumulate lactic acid due to muscular and respiratory systems develop, in this case running intensity will be near 80% from maximum volume of Vo2 max during running, and therefore running velocity will be high relative to distance long, and by this high performance will achieved. This has been observed in African athletes specially those who came from Kenya, Ethiopia and Morocco, and if we follow the best final results for all Olympic games and world competitions we observe that the first sixth or seventh pleases in these final were came from these three countries and also have complete control over medals with its variety for men, and recently they entered there women and the results are evidence on this speech beside cross- country and marathon and this affect of high functional development for them by environment adaptation and from normal altitude over level sea and that causes lowering oxygen pressure in air which in turn decrease oxygen inside the body and the body counter this by increase blood red cells which help to be equivalent to oxygen pressure inside the body, therefore the body will work in 1500m high on this equation, and this called in sport body natural activator and this benefit come from organize training camps in this altitude with different low pressures and this should de done according to special condition (I am not going to mention it here) and that what athletes need in Sweden, for suitable training environment available with lower atmosphere pressures.
The writer has been conducted series of research in this field, namely training with different atmosphere pressures naturally and artificially inside pressure chamber and came up with good results specially with artificial pressure, the result was good because its available to athletes near their residence or inside training court and easy to use without any technical and setup arrangement.
This is one of many method that use to improve performance level ,this one point and other point is the low temperature which put the body under stress by raising the temperature up, this point also has to be cleared and the way we have to benefit from, that what Swedish athletes need to exposure under qualitative training volume effect not under quantitative training volume, here I want to explain what we need if we want to develop middle and long distance in Sweden to follow up international level, these events needs untraditional training methods because these events are put more exhaust on athletes, and according to my opinion which come up when l made a tour with my friend- Iraqi birth but he is Swedish nationality- who is manger of hisslby club and club administrators are quite care in middle and long distance events, and I hope they will success, and that will lead to appear runners in Sweden, men and women in final Olympic games, world and Europe competitions, because Sweden has the positional and facilities, more over these two events need rearrangement and setup discipline training comps with good timing and I hope that I delivered my point of view to officials, managers, coaches and athletes to pay attention to these events.
